Payments & digital delivery

Understand what you’re purchasing, how credits reach your account, and how client payments differ from paying for LightNote AI.

The service you’re purchasing

LightNote AI is a digital proposal service operated by LightNoteAi, with a company location in Austin, Texas, United States. Credit purchases pay for eligible AI actions in your account. We do not ship physical goods.

Prices & checkout

Review the pack, number of credits, currency and total shown in Billing & usage before paying. Credit packs are currently priced in INR, with applicable taxes included in the displayed pack price. Confirm the currency and total before completing checkout.

Available payment methods are shown by the payment provider. Purchase options appear in your account when payment collection is available. Do not send money to an unofficial account to activate credits.

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Buying a pack does not itself create a recurring subscription. Credits are service units, not cash, and the 10 welcome credits are not a cash balance.

Read about credits and pricing or check your account’s Billing & usage.

Digital delivery

Credits are added to your signed-in account after payment is confirmed. A checkout screen closing or a bank debit alone does not confirm that fulfillment has completed. Provider confirmation or reconciliation can take additional time.

After checkout, review your balance and purchase history. If a payment is pending or the outcome is unclear, refresh its status before paying again. If money was debited but credits are missing, contact us with the account email, payment reference, amount and date. Never send a card number, CVV, password or one-time code.

Payments to proposal senders

A deposit or recurring payment attached to a client proposal is a payment for the sender’s services, separate from a LightNote credit purchase. Review the sender, agreed scope, amount, schedule and cancellation terms before authorizing it.

These workflows require provider approval and an eligible connected business account. Their presence in a proposal does not guarantee collection is enabled. Ask the proposal sender about service delivery, changes, cancellation or refunds. LightNote support can help investigate a technical payment-status issue.

Refunds & payment questions

See our Refunds & cancellation policy for credit recovery, purchase questions and client-payment guidance. Use the billing inquiry form to report a payment issue.
